p33 Terms & Conditions — Platform User Agreement

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the p33 platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, crash games, slots, and the account and cashier systems — you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with p33's Privacy Policy and any additional product-specific rules made available on the platform.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the p33 platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and p33 ("the Company", "we", "our", "us"). Continued use of the p33 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use p33. By registering, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. p33 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the original payment method, net of any bonuses received.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or using p33. p33 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. If your jurisdiction restricts or prohibits online gambling, you must not use the p33 platform.

2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and that you are not acting under any incapacity that would prevent you from doing so.

3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered p33 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. p33 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings associated with them.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and keep such information updated throughout your use of p33. Providing false information, including using a false name, age, or address, is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p33 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify p33 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification. p33 is required to verify your identity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You will be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Additional documents may be requested. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights and eventual account closure.

4.1 Accepted Methods. p33 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa is Rs 200. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rs 1,000. The minimum USDT TRC20 deposit is 10 USDT. All PKR transaction values are determined at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. p33 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawal requests are subject to review for fraud prevention purposes, which may occasionally extend processing times.

4.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit and gamble with funds that are legally yours. p33 prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. Deposits and withdrawals must be made from accounts registered in your own name.

4.4 Inactive Account Fees. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. p33 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, details of which will be communicated in advance by email to your registered address.

5.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers are available to eligible p33 players as specified in each offer's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. p33 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough") that must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time will result in bonus expiry and forfeiture of associated winnings.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions. p33 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and/or close an account where evidence of bonus abuse, match betting, arbitrage, or coordinated exploitation of a promotional offer is identified.

5.4 Changes to Promotions. p33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by players who have properly opted in.

6.1 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) games available on the p33 platform are independently tested and certified by approved testing laboratories. Certified RTP values are published within each game's information panel and match audit results.

6.2 Live Casino. Live dealer games are operated by licensed B2B gaming providers operating under their own regulatory frameworks. Game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by professional dealers and are not manipulated by p33.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game, p33 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return stakes to affected players. Winnings generated during a malfunction that materially affected the game outcome may be withheld pending investigation. p33's decision on technical malfunction matters is final.

6.4 Disconnections. p33 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the player's end. Where a bet has been validly placed and accepted prior to disconnection, the outcome will stand. Players are encouraged to ensure a stable internet connection before playing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p33 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform while under 18 years of age or misrepresenting your age.
• Creating duplicate accounts or using another person's account.
• Using software, bots, automated tools, or strategies designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or circumvent any promotional offer, including through match betting, arbitrage, or coordinated account activity.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity through p33.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with p33's systems, software, or security measures.

p33 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. We provide the following tools to assist players in managing their gambling activity responsibly:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or custom).
• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the p33 platform. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon request and cannot be reversed for the chosen period.

All content on the p33 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface design — is the property of p33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p33 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any p33 content without prior written consent.

10.1 p33 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p33 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to system error, third-party connectivity issues, or regulatory changes.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

p33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a p33 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. p33 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed for purposes including account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and personalised promotional communications where you have opted in.

p33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, p33 will provide notice by email to your registered address or via a prominent in-platform notification at least seven days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

13.1 By the Player. You may close your p33 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be satisfied before account closure is finalised, or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

13.2 By p33. p33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at p33's sole and reasonable discretion. Where closure is due to a player breach, p33 reserves the right to retain balances to the extent required to cover potential losses or investigation costs.

14.1 Complaints Process. If you have a complaint relating to your p33 account or any game outcome, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue. p33 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 14 business days. Complex matters may take longer and you will be notified of the expected resolution timeline.

14.2 Escalation. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through p33's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory or dispute resolution body relevant to p33's operating licence.

14.3 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of p33's operating jurisdiction. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of disputes not resolved through the complaints procedure.
